Oh, one of those days. I have no idea how to fix it, but I get that from my Garmin tracker every few months. I just laugh it off, and mentally subtract the crazy number. If it happens again tomorrow you may have a problem with your device, your device's website, or MFP. I'm not sure why it happens, but it has always been temporary in my case.0

General MFP response; " you should eat back all your exercise calories".
Just ignore them.1 -
Wow, @trigden1991, that was disingenuous and out of context!4

Just to be clear, you woke up and your tracker says you burned 1500 calories? I would say it's your BMR, but I don't know your weight.1

Is this from like a fitbit or something? It does assume you're still alive and still burning calories at all times. It doesn't just track calories from steps. Now if you're using just a step tracker device like a pedometer or a phone app then I don't know - maybe you could provide a little more information....1

Sleep walking! Lol2

I burn about 800 calories sleeping but my guess is some setting is off on your tracker..
Sleep walking was freaking Hilarious answer0
