I have lost 96 lbs and continue to be conscious of the journey still ahead of me; however I seem to be sitting stagnant. For whatever reason I don't have the motivation or the gumption to continue tracking my meals, push for the exercise (I'm so lazy, lol), etc. I can say I am at least maintaining, so that's at least a plus I suppose. :/
Help! What tips and tricks have you used to get back on the wagon?

It sounds more like a difficulty to stay focused. If you really want to loose the weight, the motivation is there. To stay focused, try working on your discipline, don't allow yourself excuses.

It's a question of giving priority to long time goals and accept frustration at the instant. Once you get into this dynamics, you'll feel way better because your actions reflect your deep down choices.

Well, on the positive, you lost 96lbs (well done), and although stagnant you are not gaining :) ... How much more do you need to lose before your on target weight? The whole motivation thing needs to be you though ... people can (virtually) kick you, or try to stimulate you, but it needs to be your mindset that really needs to be focused on achieving it. Set small goals (and rewards upon achieving them), and change routines if you are exercising. This should be a way of life, even when you have achieved your target, so small steps count :)

I mirror your post. I lost almost 100 pounds. Now I can't get my self to continue my doest plan and logging. I am not sure how to get back at it and I am afraid to weigh sgain. I am sure I am gaining.I may need to get accountability friends. I don't know.

Why not decide to maintain for a while? It takes the stress away from having to find the motivation. It allows you to take stock, see what you want further and quite possibly will result in finding new motivation. Plus making it a conscious decision instead of a result it changes the angle at how you'll look at it. You have lost a tremendous amount already Take your time to be proud of that!
It is a bit similar to what I do when studying or working n large paper projects. I take a break when it seems to be going nowhere. It allows perspective and usually results in better decisions and or exams
