I need to lose and reshape my body..any recommendations for exercising routines? I'm a beginner in this

Lose weight by eating less calories than you burn.
As for exercise, finding something you enjoy will have you sticking to it better than something you dislike and feel like you 'have' to do. Take up a sport, lift some weights, or take a class if that's what you like.0 -
It's an individual thing, there's no way to know where you are fitness wise or what your preferences are. Personally, I need the combination of cardio and strength training to feel my best. Ideally (though not always) I alternate strength training days with cardio days plus one rest day to round out the week. Most important is to find something you enjoy doing. Walking is a great starting point.0
