Started at 337, now I'm 207.2. I actually put the scale away, over the next few months I'm going to try to get down below 200 but I don't care enough to keep track at this point.
Point is, it's time to move on with my life to other goals. So stoked!!

My only piece of advice would be to continue to weigh yourself. I've lost and gained back in the past and I think a huge part of that was me discontinuing the use of the scale once I hit 'goal'.7 -
Well done, though I'd suggest continuing to weigh yourself, perhaps not as often but consistently.3

Congratulations! I'd keep weighing and tracking . For me when I don't I very slowly add back the weight until suddenly I awaken to I'm back where I started. This time I plan to continue logging and weighing.3

Last winter I didn't weigh myself or log food, and still lost a few pounds, I'll be alright =]2

Congratulations! I'm right there with you. I just recently crossed the 130 pounds lost mark and I'm considering not weighing myself the month of January. I'm still toying with the idea, haven't committed fully.3
