I don't believe it has that feature. My suggestion would be eat at maintenance (TDEE), take your prenatal vitamins religiously, and exercise if you want to help re-build some muscle and lose some fat slowly. Until you are done nursing eating at too heavy of a deficit isn't healthy for you in my humble opinion. Talk to your doctor about it as well, they probably won't want you reducing caloric intake at all, but they may want you to watch eating in excess. They'll also be all for exercise most likely.1

I think you add in in to your food log & it adds the calories to your day. Search breastfeeding. Check with your doctor or lactation consultant to see how many calories you need to maintain your supply at different stages. It will depend on the age of your baby & whether you are nursing exclusively or eventually beginning solids.1

Hi mommy,
My little one is a year old now and I have started High Intensity Interval Training and watch my diet too. I have been reducing my sugar, caffein and salt intake. Spread the meal to 5-6 meals / snacks. For bf moms, our calories intake should be from 1500-1800 a day and dont go below 1500. Let your body tells you whether its hungry or what. Trust your body and dont starve yourself.. good luck mommy. We're in this together1
