I was actually thinking about this the other day, I want to get a bit stronger and maybe put on a bit of bulk. Other than that just maintain. I'll do it by doing the same thing I do now lol.

I plan to achieve it by working out like I'm doing right now, 6 times per week with one of the best trainers in the world at the gym where they train the Fittest women on earth.

            I'm happy but not content... Short answer, narrower waist and wider shoulders (30"*50"). Currently at (32"*49"), sounds close but this is the hardest part.
Running every other day, shoulders twice a week, 16 sets of back and chest weekly also.
