i was getting discouraged because i wasn't losing any weight on the scale, and i have a pretty intense workout regimen so i was wondering what was going on, until i took body measurements and realized i had lost an inch of my waist and hips! SO excited!

  • Great job! I need to get my measurements cause i'm having the same problem - little weight loss.

    Thanks for the info.

That's awesome! I lost a few inches in my waist already too, it felt good to measure and see that number was smaller

    HIGH FIVE..GREAT JOB!!!

just wanted to send a friendly reminder of dont be fooled by the scale there are so many OTHER WAYS to measure success, did you realize you said "i have a pretty intense workout" if you've been working out intensely.

    that..is...SUCCESS.

Thanks! I'm hoping to hit walmart today to get a new brace (my knee's been killing me and I don't want to mess it up too bad.) And have been dying to find a tape measure. Thanks again!

Congrats! That happened to me too, this past winter. I was on a major plateau but measured myself and found out I lost 3 inches over two months.
