254 to 207- so close to ONEderland. It's been a long journey. I started in September of 2015. I've been eating low carb, high protein but still eat a piece of pizza or a cupcake here and there. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. And I need pizza to be part of my lifestyle! Lol

Wow we are in same boat. I was 245 in June now I'm at 203. I wanna be in 100s for Christmas!1

Wow what an inspiration! I started last month at 247lbs. I'm down to 231 but would really love if I could get to 210 by my birthday in February. I am really dreaming of a summer in the 100s. I want to be able to wear a swim suit and look good for the first time in my 7.5 year marriage! I'm also doing low carb (keto). I'd love to start following your journey!1
