Hi there
Early last year I had personal training sessions at my local gym, my start weight was 106kg. I am 6 ,1 big build and quite sporty. At the present time I weigh my self today and am 111.8kg.
I am fitter than I have ever been, I attend 3 spin sessions a week and run 10k in the gym as well.just can't see why I have gained a stone and feel so good
I am getting married in 2018 and set a goal for the end of June 2107 to weigh in at 95 kg so here goes. Wish me luck
Carl

Have you been counting calories this entire time?

You've more than likely gone through a bit of body recomposition where your weight has redistributed itself and you have more muscle in the same size container (your body) than before. This can account for you becoming physically slimmer, and losing a size in your jeans, while still weighing more. If you have more muscle on your body and less fat, the scale will show a bigger number. Maybe not a whole stone worth, but that can be solved by accurately counting calories and monitoring the results.

There aren't really any "right things" or "wrong things", unless those "wrong things" make you ill. Most likely you've been eating a bit more than you've been burning, built some muscle, and lost some fat.

    Cheers guys
Going to log on every day and now monitor what goes in then see what happens on one months time. Not going to weigh myself just at the end of the month
