i met with a trainer today to set up a weight program for myself -- first time ever!
she started me on a basic program that i'll follow for 8 weeks, and then we'll meet and re-evaluate.
this program will get my muscles used to working out and will start to tone and add some definition.
is it weird that after these first 8 weeks, i actually want to BULK my muscles up, so that I look super-defined and strong?
i'm a girl, and usually it sounds like girls are more interested in toning than bulking....

    So you'd rather look toned, fit, athletic, and slightly muscular than like a leather wrapped skeleton that can barely hold itself up? No, that makes you sane...and hot in my book...;)

    I agree with you. I don't want to be "skinny" I want to be fit and healthy. Muscle is hot!!
