I make a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie that's pretty darn good.

1 cup of unsweetend chocolate Almond Breeze milk (I purchase it at Fry's) (or you can use skim milk)
    1 cup of ice
1 scoop of Jillian Michaels triple chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon of Better n' Peanut Butter (you can get it at Trader Joe's)
1 scoop of ground golden flaxseed (I bought a bag of Flax USA from Costco, you can get it any health food store)
    1 banana

Sometimes I throw in a teaspoon of instant coffee granules. Yum!

    89 grams raw baby spinach
    100 grams frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    100 grams frozen, unsweetened blueberries
    4 ounces unsweetened coconut milk

That's my basic smoothie though the fruits get changed up.

Optional items I add depending on my supplies and nutritional needs (I do not add ALL of these, just one or two of the items per smoothie) :

1 packet apple melon Greens 2 Go
1 scoop HRM Whey Protein (sweetened with Stevia, 1 carb 87 calories)
    1 scoop chocolate "green" powder
a little bit of cocoa powder
Greek yogurt in place of the coconut milk

Swap the spinach for romaine, kale, broccoli, parsley or whatever green stuff I have on hand that isn't a strong flavor.

I also occasionally add nuts, flax seeds, chia seeds or even some other vegetables (carrots are sweet) if I'm in the mood. I don't add sweetener but if you need it honey, stevia or a pitted date are all good options. I do have a Vita-Mix so whatever I add gets smoothly blended. A less powerful blender might not make an enjoyable smoothie for you so be aware that could be the issue if you're not digging the smoothies! It makes a huge difference.

    Here's one.

    Peanut Butter Peel
    1 cup of ice
1 cup of skim milk (or Almond Milk)
1 Banana (broken up into pieces)
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein powder
    2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter

Chop ice in blender first before adding the remaining ingriedients.

    Another one.

    1 cup of Frozen Strawberries
1 cup of Skim Milk (or Almond Milk)
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

There is no need for ice if you have frozen fruit.

You can subtitute frozen blueberries, mixed berry blend or other frozen fruit for strawberries if you wish and it will still be good.

I use a cup of unsweetened or original Almond milke and a cup of frozen fruit. I usually do blue berries, strawberries, or a mix.

this shake seems to leave me feeling the fullest-

2-scoops(gnc) lean shake swiss chocolate powder
    1-banana
    1-cup skim milk
ice- amount verries on how thick you want it to be
i also add a cup of fresh strawberries once in a while

i like this one as well.the only draw back is the seeds from the berries
    2-scoops (gnc)lean shake vanilla bean
    1-banana optional(i prefer it with)
    1-cup skim milk
    1-cup fresh strawberries
    1/2 -cup blueberries
    1/2-cup rasberries
    ice-verries depending on thickness wanted

i tried both with water instead of milk.both are good this was,i just prefer them with the milk.

here is one i found i'm gonna try

    2-scoops vanilla protein powder
2-tbsp sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
1-tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
8-oz water (or low fat milk)
    ice-verries depending on thickness wanted
i will most likely add a banana to this.i like the way the banana smoothes the shakes out

1 hand full of loose spinach leaves and stems (about 1 cup)
    4 large strawberries
1/2 scoop chocolate protein whey (make sure if you do give it to kids there are no supplements or additives just 100% whey. I try to find one without aspartame but I am still unsure about that whole debate anyway)
    1/4 cup oats
    6 ice cubes
    1/2 cup water
    blend well for 3-5 minutes
    175 calories

I change this up a bit, and use 1/2 cup almond milk instead of water, add one organic egg and instead of the chocolate protein I use 2 tablespoons of cacao powder. I love it and I know there is raw egg but that isn't a problem if it's organic (IMO).
