Macros for low carb?

For those of you following lower carb diets what do you set your macros to?

    5% carbs 75% fat 20% protein

    I'm another keto'er with macros at about 5% Carbs, 20% protein and 75% fat.

    LCHF is usually thought to be under 100-150g of carbs per day. Depending on how much you eat, that could be <5% or as high as 30%.

    I set mine by grams. If I went strictly by typical low carb percentages my carbs would have been lower than they needed to be and my protein not as high as I wanted so that worked out better for me - especially with a deficit. I don't remember the exact percentages I used but my carb limit is 50g and protein limit is 120g so I put in whatever numbers that got me close to those and then applied the rest to fat.

    Under 150g carbs is deemed low carb

    Under 50g is keto

    I do under 20 net carbs
    Over 100g protein
    And at least 50g fat
    Most of my high fat im getting from my body
