Is green coffee extract a thing of the past yet?0

Add all the MLM products to that list: Shakeology, ItWorks, Advocare, Visalus, Herbalife, Isagenix, LeVel, Plexus, etc. They're all dodgy scam products propped up by hype, woo and misleading advertising.15

"Alkaline forming foods".
Literally just came across this today in another thread. Still smh. Apparently grapefruit is alkaline.8 -
Oh, and green tea, too.5

I think you missed green tea.10

I saw your list and couldn't help thinking:
On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me
A drink with powdered green tea
On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me
Two cling wraps
And a drink with powdered green tea
(I'll stop now)25 -
Right, I'm off to make myself a green tea with lemon and a pack of biltong, with a chaser of a gallon of water, while wrapped in cling film. I don't have vibration plates, but I could sit on the washing machine, if that will help?26

Getting rid of Toxins Via - Green Tea, Detoxes, Raspberry Ketones etc
And....
If you are a woman being afraid...very afraid of strength training, cause you know "Bulky"
Having to have as big a deficit as possible - as one must have deprivation or it's not going to work
Metabolism boosters/resets
Detoxing from sugar 'addiction'
Detoxing from the inflammation of said addiction

Whew! My brain is now fried.....time for another wine.10 -

Homemade meals are healthy, calorie free, and full of nutrients. All fast food is evil, void of nutrients, and will make you fat. Your stomach knows that you've been to McDonald's...
Now that I think about it, I wonder how that works with Starbucks green tea?11 -
We've definitely had an influx of "if I give up diet soda will I lose weight" threads lately so I would add "giving up diet soda" to your list.
Also had a lot of inflammation inquiries which I don't usually comment on because I have no idea how one "feels inflamed" so nothing to contribute...
The list is great! Too bad we can't make it a sticky to say "NONE OF THESE WORK"6 -
Maybe you should add detoxes to the list4

Plank. You have to plank on the washing machine. For the whole time it's running.12 -
Getting fat from starvation mode. Could this idea just die, please? Can we leave it here in this year?19

Apple cider vinegar.5

Has there been much more new stuff? A lot of it just seems like endless repetition of the same old nonsense about toxins, inflammation, grains and so on.4

Oh, wait, I just remembered -
Green tea.7 -
waist trainers

Well, according to someone I know, you shouldn't drink milk because "it's an enzyme". And from the same person, you should eat cous cous instead of semolina, because semolina is WHITE and therefore it's bad for you.
(I'll admit that I got like the biggest laugh EVER at the "milk is an enzyme". Like, what the what? I can't even begin to understand...)5
