254 to 207- so close to ONEderland. It's been a long journey. I started in September of 2015. I've been eating low carb, high protein but still eat a piece of pizza or a cupcake here and there. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. And I need pizza to be part of my lifestyle! Lol
