Friends, I needed to get back to me. After two babies I decided to make myself more of a priority. I started clean eating and that made a HUGE difference. I also started walking daily for 30-45 min (pushing 100 lbs worth of stroller and kids!) and within the past couple months I started going to the gym two days a week.

I've also completed five Dietbets and use my Fitbit to track steps. It has not been easy, but it has been worth it!
