Can I join in? I am new to myfitness. My friends/family have no faith in me and don't want to hear about all my little victories. I bought a VivoFit and have started walking. I also bought a Vinyasa Yoga 8 week program . I'm 5'4" and hovering around 210 at the moment. Goal is to lose 50 lbs. I need friends who can toot their horn and let me toot mine.18

I started there lol do I count? 5'4" 224lbs was my start Oct 11th. I've already lost 20+lbs Im about 200 now. If thats ok add me I dont think men really lose differently than women though I have to admit. I think it varies more person to person depending on their activity level, bone structure, age, etc. I'm 26 btw. Just starting to get active again. My goal weight is 127lbs so I have a long way to go.3

I'm 5'4" and my starting weight was 255lbs. I'm now 239-240. I'm not new to MFP. I took a brief sabbatical from maintaining my fitness and food journey to clear my head and come back with fresh eyes and a more positive attitude. But I'm back and ready to restart. So add me! I am 5'1 at 235lbs and part of the medweight program. Fell off calorie counting for the last while. Just getting back on today. Really like this website I used to use Everyday health website. Just did the slim styles for the first time it was.....ok I wanted it to be more dissolved.1
