well so far I have managed to lose 17lb in 6 weeks so am quite pleased with that, carrying on doing it steady, watching My diet, doing regular exercise and cutting out the things I know are really bad for Me, nothing new-fangled or anything weird just plan common sense and hard work being used here.3

Thats funny, i weigh 220 and lost over 60 pounds, currently i weigh about 167. But im trying to go down to 154! I did it in about 4 5 months!5
