11/28/16: 234.6 - Up .4 lbs, but I am not too upset about that because there were two thanksgiving dinners in the last week, and I seem to have gotten right back on the wagon!
12/5/16: 233.6 - Not as much progress as I would like to see, but I appreciate all downward movement! I plan on upping my exercise time this week to keep from plateauing. I've hit this spot before and don't want to give up!

Went grocery shopping last weekend (a week ago) and was able to eat healthy over the last week. As such, I am down 3.6 lbs this week. This week, I am doing my official weigh in on Sunday. I am traveling for work this week, and leaving the house at 4:30 am tomorrow (thus will not have time to officially check in). My goal this week is to *maintain* my current weight (as I will be eating out 3 meals a day for 3 days), then will be Christmas meal next Sunday. I am still working toward my end of year goal of 195 lbs.

Oi! Water weight has reached maddening levels! I am clearly cutting fat (much trimmer- lost 2 inches in waist), but with my heavy workouts and muscle building focus, the scale numbers are pretty haywire.
Good reminder that weight is just a number. I did 100k steps last week. Hopefully it will begin to drop at some point!
