I'm in the UK, from Essex, in between Stansted and Epping.
I've been using the app on and off for a couple of years, have a slightly knackered back and knee, but I'm still doing my best to drop some serious weight.
Just invested in some Bluetooth scales, don't think I've ever been so serious about being the weight I should be not the weight I am.
Looking to lose another 10kg by my 40th birthday in October.
