Fad diets with lots of food restrictions may help you lose some water weight.....and a little fat. But why make yourself miserable for that?
I've done my share of fad diets.....yet here I am again. If it doesn't teach me anything about my current eating habits, if it doesn't address the thing that made me want to lose weight in the first place....I don't do it.
This site has a massive database of foods.....I would recommend just logging your "usual" and paying close attention to portions. Eating fewer calories makes us thinner. We don't have to punish ourselves to lose some temporary water weight.2 -
