Continuous Goals

Just went over 2500 miles running since 02/02/13. I'm back in my wheelhouse for my weight, 233 lbs. after a 3 month hiatus and a continuous eating frenzy, now I am looking to take it easy with a light workout load for the rest of the year. My goal for 2017 is to drop down to 220 lbs. and maintain that weight for the balance of the year. My target date for hitting the weight will be mid March. Thanks to everyone who sticks it out on a regular basis to achieve what they are looking for........

    My goals started out as 600 miles a year 50 miles / month, but I am obsessive and the next thing I know is I peaked out at 750 miles a year during year 3 while trying to reach 600 miles faster than the previous year and the year before that. So my goals this year are to maintain running 4 days a week for an hour and focus on that. If you are wondering.....Thats over 900 miles, but I will need some down time during the year. So the target will be to beat the 750 miles I achieved before.
