Just a quick tip...

I made a sandwich and wanted a spread but was tired of just mustard (because I'm not using mayonnaise), so I used my Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese as a spread which cancelled the need for both mayonnaise and cheese. And it was super delicious! :)

I just bought some of that today! What kind of sandwich did you make it with?

Just had a quick minute so all I used was Dave's Killer Light Bread and some Healthy Ones Ham. It was simple and super good!!

I did the same thing the other day but I used the Queso Laughing Cow cheese wedge and it was soooo good.

I've used Laughing Cow Extra Light triangles for spred on everything since I started Slimming World 3.5 years ago. It's SUCH versatile stuff. Great on bread, crackers, rye, baked/mashed potato, in sauces.....

I like French Roquefort salad dressing, but way too many calories. I used fat free french and cut up the LC blue cheese in bits and mixed it together....really good!!!!!!
