I think that it depends on your weight because I know that I have read that 10 pounds can take you down a size but that is so not the case for me I think that the 10 pound thing is for the ones who only have 30 pounds to lose I don't know. For me its like 20 lbs before I can get to the next size.0

my same size clothes (16s) are fitting looser on me, pants that I was spilling out of are now fitting loosely, I think at about 20 lbs lost I will need to wear the next size down. Even my wedding ring is spinning more freely on my hand.0

I just hit the 10 lb mark today (my ticker started last May so that is overall since then) and I really haven't noticed my clothes fitting looser, although I'd like to say that I do notice. I'm pretty sure from here on though, every week I will notice a difference. I'm hoping at 15 lbs I will be in a smaller pant size!0

Everybody is different. I've lost 34 pounds and have went from a 16 to a 10 in pants (I was down a few more pounds before Christmas and actually got into an 8). I don't wear dresses too often, but I do know when I go to buy a new one I'll have to get a size or two smaller, cause the one dress I have is fitting pretty loose. I've also went from an XL top to a M or L depending on the fit. Sweets I'm down from a XL to a M0

I have lost 62 lbs over the past 2 years and just joined here in I think October to lose the last little bit. I went from a size 18 to most times depending on where you shop a size 6. However I do workout regularly and I am training to run a half marathon.0

I think about 15 pounds. I've lost about 55 pounds this year and have gone from 18 to 12 (thiiiiis close to a 10). :laugh:0

None! I gained weight, but through all the working out, I'm down 2 sizes-pant 6-8, shirt xs-m. Brand dependent and shrinkage allottment (is that a word?)0
