Is it too late to join?

I'd really like to join! I'm currently 165lbs 5'2". I have lost a large amount of weight before (60lbs) and I've gained 40 of it back. I need some motivation to lose weight, but the healthy way.

Just jump right on in...grab the first seat that you come to. Someone will be along soon with your welcome package. In the mean time take a look around...read a few brochures and pay no attention to those guys over in the corner...they just don't have a clue how to behave.3

I probably wouldn't look at bothering to diet tomorrow but otherwise you'll find loads of support here. Just don't ask about healthy food.0
