Recovering from Heart Attack

I just popped in to say hi. I've been a member for some time now but had an unexpected heart attack 4 days ago. Had 2 stents put in. Home now and adjusting to my meds and looking at a new way of cooking and eating. Always loved to cook but nutrition wasn't really on my radar, unfortunately. Not overweight (6ft/182lbs) but the lack of a nutritional diet and stress did me in. If I come across anything of interest in this new phase of my life I'll try to remember to come back and share. Merry Christmas to all of you.
