My ability to do certain things I wasn't able to do when obese, like hiking long distances. And as of late, the way I'm being treated, being I'm close to goal. Things like doors being opened for me, people being more pleasant in public, that didn't happen 60 lbs ago.

Agility, feeling fit, strong and healthy, accidentally catching a glance of myself in mirror and not avoiding my own glance

Hot women! Seriously, it is the need for being healthy as I get older. Genetics are working against me. I need to fight them.

Being able to do the things I love to do. Not being in pain.

Health, confidence, pride in my fitness and the desire to progress further, and feeling gross when I fall off track.

Last spring when I found a pair of shorts one size bigger then I thought I wore.
Got home tried them on, and they were to small. Right then I said ENOUGH.
Have lost over 20 lbs and have about 25 to go.

My health and my confidence. I've also got a trip booked to Disneyworld in September and last time I went I couldn't bare to look at the photos because of how big I was.
