been using myfitpal for mth now its a major life changer im down 20lbs,
2 mths till the big 30 im aiming for another 20lbs,

    Dang that much in a month!! thats awesome...I'm under Dr.s care so no way would he go for me loosing that that fast...but im jealous!!!
