So today I did my last workout with my trainer and I am banned for 10 days from the gym. I have been working out diligently for a full year and my trainer felt like it was time for a break. To tell you the truth, I am actually glad this came about. I have been tired lately. I will enjoy my time off. Sometimes you just need a break. My trainer said to enjoy it but don't over do it. Wish me luck.

    Oh good luck to you, remember not to become complacent tho... Keep eating well and watch what goes in... Are you allowed to do any yoga while youre on a ban?x

    Actually he suggested that if I got bored or went over board to do some yoga.

    Ok this 10 day thing is messing with my daily routine. This is the time I should head out to the gym and now I can't. Lolol.
