Looks like everyone is having a wonderful week!!! :drinker: Thank you all who participated and posted recipes. I will definitely have to try a few of these!!! I have really been out of sorts lately. I've been depressed and not myself at all. It is coming up on the 1 year anniversary since I lost my Mother unexpectantly.
It is really hitting me hard!! Sorry I have been out of touch with so many of you. I hope you understand. I really have got to get back on track and get serious!! I was doing so well and now I have blown all of my hard work!!! I will never give up!!! So, please don't give up on me. Vic thank you for taking the time and work to put this amazing group and challenge together. Last week I revised my numbers but, I did not see them reflected on the chart. I have listed them again below. I hope you all have an amazing weekend!!!!

Didn't weigh in last week.. well I did, but it wasn't pretty. And it wasn't accurate either. I took about 10 days off from everything mfp & in that time got up 9.8 pounds.. didn't want to throw that number in there then drop a huge number in a week & throw off someone else's chance to be the biggest loser this week because I slacked off then came back with a big loss.. I've lost 8 of the ~10 pound gain in the last 4 days so I'll jump back in on this now

GAH! weighed in at 88.1kgs- that's a gain of 0.9kgs, or about 2lbs.
so, even though i'd adjusted my goal, i now didn't make it :-(. i'm going to blame the 30ds!!!
i also have had 2 slack days this week, during which i attempted to eat my body weight in chocolate, so i'm not too upset..0 -

I'm at my first mini goal weight (again) just a week late.
Considering I've been eating badly on and off for the last two weeks, I'm happy enough to be back to 74.
I need to really watch my eating this week which will be challenging as I'm flying interstate for a work trip for four days and will be eating out for every meal. But there's a gym at the hotel so I have no excuse to skip a workout, even if it's raining0 -
