My goal for 2017 is to lose 80 pounds and I know I can do this, I just need to stay focused and make sure I log everything and not cheat and if I have a snack I need to make sure that I log it as well. I'm also creating a weight loss and body measurement chart that I will log every Monday and this will go on through the whole year of 2017 and at the end of the year I will post my results for everything. I'm also always looking for new friends and I look forward to helping anyone who need help or just looking for friends. I work out 5 days a week for 2.5 hours a day Monday-Friday before work and I've been doing that for almost 3 months now and I really enjoy it as I tempt myself to not go workout after work. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year please feel free to add me as a friend.

I'm with ya! I need to lose 100+. Kudos on the workouts. I'm struggling with staying that long. I'm doing better by pushing myself on the treadmill, but once I get off there I leave. I know I need to work with weights. It's just so intimidating with all the muscle guys there.

I would like to join you guys on this journey. I am trying to buy some more weight-lifting equipment for my home. I dont think the gym will be doable. I need a bench and a power rack.

I lost 100 lbs in 16 and looking to lose a few more in 17. I work out about 1 hour per day. On saturday maybe longer. I try not to think in terms of cheating. I now can eat pretty much any food I want so I rarely feel the need to "cheat". It is definitely a process. As long as you have a plan and stay committed to it, then you can do it! Good luck to you all
