New fitbit not syncing

Can anyone help I have read the forums and my fitbit and mfp food journal aren't connecting as fitbit app still says I have 1700 cals for the day? What can I do? I've gone on the website and connected them but nothing

Fitbit has great customer support give them a call
they also have forums to help with trouble shooting. What helped me sync mine not sure if it will work for you is I logged out of my account, and logged back in. 0
