Just wondering what NSV stands for, I've seen it posted all over MFP but I'm not sure what it means.

    NSV=Non-Scale Victory. Basically, it's any measure of your success that doesn't involve seeing the scale go down. It could be receiving a compliment; finding your clothes fit differently; running your first mile without stopping; etc.

    Dont feel bad I didn't know either. If you see something you don't get try to google it it will amost always clue you in. :)
