Ok.... back to square 1. Christmas is over no excuses for gluttony and bad choices. Time to make 2017 the year of my success. Fed up of stop-starting this journey. Will power is a massive struggle for me. 248lb this morning. Have a goal of 200. That seems like a long road ahead for me, but i need to do it for all the serious reasons as well as looking good. High blood pressure (3 tablets a day), low energy, tiredness, potential hernia approaching. Plus the tight fitting clothes that make me feel...... urgh.
I think the support on MFP is part of the success story. Please feel free to add me if you are starting your journey - Here's to a slimmer 2017

Serial stop-starter here too. As clichéd as it is I have set 1st Jan as the start of my challenge to not quit after doing well for a while.
I have only struggled with my weight in recent years and I'm determined the break the bad habits once and for all.
Good luck and here's to a healthier 20170
