core de force january 9th

Hi, there! I am planning to start Core De Force on January 9th and am looking for someone who is doing the same program. It'd be nice if it was a whole group. A few years ago I was in an Insanity group in here. It was a huge help to stay motivated.

    I'm doing it, yeah if you get a group please add, I really enjoy it and the format with the rounds. It's great for a good sweat !

    I started Core De Force on Sunday and I'm loving it so far!
