Eeek! I'm engaged!
I've lost 20 pounds in the past 4 months through diet changes and mostly walking and stationary bike riding.
Our wedding is in February (short engagement, I know)
I'm not looking for a quick fix but what would be some good exercises to produce some better results?
I have a heavy bag and am going to start boxing again. I also have lots of JM DVDs and the insanity DVDs.

Congratulations!
Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. Do the exercises you enjoy, but make sure you're eating less than you burn by logging your food as accurately as possible.0 -
My extreme logging has what's helped me be successful thus far.
I know 20 pounds in 4 months isn't a super fast pace but I've previously lost 80 pounds but I did it all wrong and lost it in 4 months and then gained it all back.
I guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and maybe kick the workouts up a notch.
I go dress shopping on Thursday and am nervous.0 -
