    I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome all new Santa enabled fitbitters. ;) May you all enjoy and benefit from them as much as I have mine.

    Just last night I was spurred by a Fitbit challenge and MFP's own Christy K. to get up and walk/jog in place for forty minutes while watching the nobody cares bowl on the tube. Not a make or break thing fitness wise but a few hundred extra calories I would not have otherwise burnt on that day. Like change in a bowl on the nightstand, it adds up quicker than you may think.
