Tips please

I'm joining a gym and will try to go there as much as possible.
I'm eating as healthy as possible as well, my portions are just huge (working on it)
I'm very healthy just a little chubby.

Do you have any tips on weight loss besides diet and fitness?
Like I've heard some foods help metabolism and stuff like that.

    The only thing that matters for weight loss is that you're eating at the correct calorie deficit for your weight goals. It doesn't matter what kinds of foods you're eating to make up your calorie intake-CICO :)

    What the poster above said. There are no magic foods for weight loss. Enter your stats into this app and get a daily calorie goal. Then measure and weigh your food and track your calories. You will lose weight that way.
