Any healthy meal prep ideas for lunches and snacks? I like eating as clean as I can, kind of getting sick of chicken and cous cous. Need about 5 days worth Thanks.

Switch it up? It doesn't have to be the same thing every day. Today is chicken and buffalo cauliflower. Yesterday was tuna and hardboiled eggs with celergy, wednesday was low carb turkey chili and cloud bread, tuesday I had chicken and buffalo cauliflower/broccoli, and monday was a salad with a chicken thigh.

I do eat a lot of chicken, but I try to mix it up - grilled, barbecue, sauteed with peppers and onions, shredded in the crock pot. I change up the veggies and/or rice, too.

Stir fries are good. You can use any meat/tofu/veg/sauce/seasoning combo and pair it with plain rice or other grain. Using different combos could be enough to give the sense of variety.

Here's 5 full days of meal prep. You could prep this in 1-1.5 hours.

I did 2 menus because lack of variety kills me. It's only $23 for 5 days. This is vegan so you could easily replace some of the ingredients with chicken (crockpot shredded chicken!). The curry is a bit high in calories so you could divide the sauce into 4 days instead of two. Just some ideas.
