So I'm not new to MyFitnessPal but I haven't used it in a long time and I have never used the message board. I am working on using more of the tools available and succeeding one day at a time with realistic goals.

Hi there I also am familiar with MFP but haven't used it in awhile. I need to recommit to tracking, planning and exercising regularly again. I'm also new to the community features but need all the motivation and inspiration I can get.0
