    How much have you lost?

MFP won't offer below 1200 kcals per day. So if your 2lb per week said 1200 kcals, it would have said the true (not 2lb) loss rate at the bottom of the page and it was probably 1.something lb per week.

MyFitnessPal has a minimum of 1200 calories. It won't go below that, even if your weekly goal would require less calories. So assuming you have been given 1280 for 1lb/wk, that puts your estimated maintenance at 1780. For a 2lb/wk loss you would need to eat 780 calories/day, but that would be a very unhealthy way to lose weight and is not recommended. If you want more calories than what you're at now, you may want to try 0.5lb/wk, since that would give you an additional 250 calories/day at 1530 and is generally recommended for those with a small amount of weight to lose (10-20lb).
