Yay or nay?
I take a number of vitamins and supplements everyday and I have never logged them.
Three are chewy/gummy the others are pills.
Do I log them or not?

I do. The gummy ones have calories. I just created a recipe with my vitamins and its an easy add. Mine are 45 calories a day.

Back when I was logging, I logged them.

    Two Reasons:

    1) If I ever wanted a report on how much of any particular vitamin/mineral I consumed, I had that info.
    2) The fish oil pills I take have Calories. While I'm not necessarily concerned with 25 Calories per day, I felt it important to be as reasonably accurate as I could be.

Yes. I log them. I take a prenatal vitamin that has DHA in it. It is 10 calories.

I never did...the minutia of 5 or 10 calories or whatever is a bit over the top for me.

I prefer to log them to see what days I took them and just to look at the nutrition to see what else I need to get to 100%

I log them, but then I take them when I am having the last of my food for the day. I only take what I'm not getting enough of through my diet.

I don't log them. What I take ends up being about 30 calories a day. Just don't care that much lol.

I don't log them because I have to take them, and I'll most likely burn off the 30 calories during the day.

Might as well log them, because as you get closer to your goal you will have less leeway with your calories. People think it's no big deal, 20 calories here, 30 there, but what if for some reason you are 30 calories over every single day?
