Looking for friends/motivation

Hello! I've had an account on here for awhile but haven't been on recently. I'm trying again, though, and would love to have some friends to help motivate me.
I would like to lose 100lbs, but any weight loss at all is a good thing. I'm starting out small for now; I'd like to lose 30lbs by the end of 2017.
There are a few factors that limit my ability to lose weight:
1) I am physically disabled. Movement - especially in winter - is difficult for me.
2) Due to my disability, I cannot cook much. This means I eat a lot of frozen food, delivery, etc. This isn't likely to change soon.
Both of those are why my weight loss goal is quite conservative. My plan is to increase movement (climbing stairs, walking down the hallway, etc.), and work on portion control, and snacking.

Hi I'm new to and disabled have a prosthesis but I am doing the same stairs a little and food diary and trying 15mins of cycling maybe we can help each other0
