Good morning everyone my name is Mike and I'm 48 years old about 12 pounds overweight and I would like to start eating healthy

Well I've been going to the gym for about a year and overall I kind of had a bit of a plateau as far as weight loss goes realistically I have about 12 pounds to lose in order to have an athletic type of physique but 48 the 12 pounds that I need to shed doesn't really trouble me too much what does trouble mean is my overall nutrition what I would like to do is eat more balanced to where I'm getting my protein fats and carbs when I need them I have a tendency not to eat enough during the day anymore in the evening0
