Tracking C25K

Help!
I'm on week 5 of C25k, but track this as cardio. Is this the best option for accurate calorie counts?

I'm not a fast runner, but I am indeed jogging during the running portions.

    i use a heart rate monitor (fitbit blaze, i love it) as trying to track the exact times and mph and then figure out calories burned is why too much work for me.

    I use a garmin forerunner, it works it all out as it has a heart rate monitor

    I used Runkeeper on my phone when I was doing C25K, there's no need for anything more complex.

    I went to a Garmin Forerunner when I was training for my first half marathon.

    I also use a fitbit HR-- its automatic, less cumbersome than tracking with your phone, and usually fairly accurate
