What happened to my life?

I just re downloaded this app from two years ago. In 2014, I was unhealthy. I weighed 116 pounds, I was eating too few calories, and exercise was my everything. Fast forward to today I am still unhealthy. I weigh 150 pounds, I eat more than I should, and move very little. I am trying to be more health conscious now. I am watching my calorie and nutrient intake, as well as trying to move around more. I hope that I can be happy and find a healthy medium.

    I feel your pain. I lost 50 pounds a few years ago then gained it all back over 3 years. Back at it again lost 30 lbs and started gaining it back. Ready to be on the way back down again.
  • Same here. I was first here back in 2012, and I managed to lose about 40 lbs. I was doing well for a while, but then I let myself go. Now, I need to lose about 70 lbs. I've done it before so I know I can do it again, but I just can't seem to stick to it for longer than a week. I am hoping this time will be different.. My health has deteriorated, so that sure doesn't help, but I don't want it to be an excuse to quit. I want 2017 to be my best year yet!
