Hello..I'm trying this again would like some suggestions how to stay on track with meal prep and exercising:)

Exercise? Do whatever you like that keeps you happy and moving. Eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories so you don't overestimate or under-eat.
Log everything you eat and weigh the foods high in calories. Measure your food logging in grams and millilitres.
Don't stress if you have a bad day. Log it and move on.
Eat what keeps you satisfied within your calorie limit. Best wishes!0 -

And I completely agree with the "move on after a bad day" part cos that's how it is when you are on a weight loss journey. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon
