Others on here that are willing to provide support and motivation and would like it in return can feel free to friend me as well.     Hi. Don't know how to add you. I have a new phone so the app looks different. I am restarting. Did well last winter- lost 9 lbs.
    Now I have 10 lose! Every winter same thing. am motivated now and I know I can do it!

    I log in daily. Log food. Been a bit naughty over xmas. However back on it now. I have fibro, M.E so can't exercise. Just watching my calories. Lost 38lb so far. slowly but surely. I'm 45. If anyone wants to add me, that's cool. :)
