    My goal is 30 kilos from Australia when I converted to lbs that seems big 66lbs I have lost nearly 6 already this year

    In 2017 I will work on losing at least 5 kg, as I currently weight around 68 kg and my goal would be around 60 (baby steps work best for me). Also, I aim to run 5K without making walking breaks :) let's do this!

    I had an amazing 2016 as I ended up loosing 55 kgs and finally got fit for first time ever in my life.

    In 2017 I m gonna work on bringing down my Body Fat Percentage to 15%
