Hi Everyone. I started at 120 lbs and am now at 110lbs. I did it by eating keto and also a combination of Orange Theory and C25K on the days I didn't make it to the studio. It took about 3 weeks.

Oh WOW! You have the perfect hourglass figure. 10 lbs. makes a huge difference on little frames - I'm 5' and even a 2 lb. fat gain makes a gigantic difference.
Can I ask about Orange Theory? We're getting one of those gyms near me and my boyfriend's docs (he's in medical sales) always suggest that I try it - but I'm so into lifting that I don't really pay attention to it. Looks like you got great results!1 -
