What's the best food to nibble on when I'm really craving something sweet or just anything? I heard a tiny bit of cheese is good but I'm not sure. Please help! :)

I was told to wait 20 minutes and drink a glass of water. If the craving is still there, sometimes its best to eat a small amount of whatever you are craving . I know when I get real bad if I don't satisfy the craving I end up binging on whatever I can get my hands on.

I wil usually drink water and either brush my teeth or chew a piece of very strong gum. That usually kills my craving
  • If I am craving sweets, I have a piece of Extra Dessert Delights Gum. They come in some great flavors...Strawberry Shortcake, Mint Icecream, Keylime Pie.

For salty stuff, I eat a piece of nori (seaweed used for sushi)
It's only 10 calories for a big sheet, and since it takes a while to eat, you not only get the crunchyness and saltiness you crave but it gives you time for the other craving to pass
I usually have it with a glass of water to help me feel fuller too.
